Plaintiff

On July 20, 2009, Plaintiff A and the Defendant entered into an entrustment contract with the Defendant for the purchase of land at KRW 115,70 square meters (2,00 square meters) out of approximately 115,61.6 square meters (2,00 square meters) of the instant project site. Of the price, Plaintiff A and the Defendant agreed to include 400 million won in the total cost of the land development project prior to the registration of ownership transfer of land, and agreed to the inclusion of the total cost of the project in the cost of the project in KRW 500,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000,000,000,000,00.

Plaintiff

A’s contributions paid to the Defendant after entering into the first contract on July 20, 2009 is a total of KRW 2.91 billion.

Plaintiff

B, B, and C on January 13, 2017, each contract between the Plaintiff B and the Defendant is 3,336.012 square meters, respectively, of the project site of this case between the Defendant and the Defendant on January 13, 2017 (with part of subparagraph 2 of this case’s project site as the object of land processing, 970 million square meters.
