1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) against the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant)

1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is the owner of the 322.2 square meters in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnamyang-gun (hereinafter “instant land”) and D 671 square meters in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheong-gun (hereinafter “instant land 2”).
B. On March 25, 2012, the Plaintiff leased the instant land No. 1 to the Defendant at KRW 1,500,000 per annum for five years from October 1, 2012, with the lease term fixed.
(hereinafter “instant lease agreement”). The main contents of the instant lease agreement are as follows.

(Provided, That the rent for land shall be paid on the basis of September 30 each year). B shall not exercise any authority over the land filled up and used.
