Reasons
1. The reasoning of the court’s explanation as to the instant case is as follows: (a) the instant title trust agreement does not constitute a fraudulent act, or the Defendant cannot be deemed a bona fide beneficiary, even if considering the circumstances alleged by the Defendant in this court; and (b) cite it as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
