1. The Defendant shall deliver to the Plaintiff the real estate indicated in the attached list, and the said real estate from September 1, 2018.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: On February 21, 2016, the real estate listed in the separate sheet was leased to the Defendant KRW 2 million, KRW 2,200,000 per month, and KRW 2,200,000 per month from August 31, 2018; however, the Defendant did not pay KRW 2,753,960 per month from August 31, 2018 under Article 640 of the Civil Act; thus, the lease contract is terminated pursuant to Article 640 of the Civil Act; and the Defendant shall deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet and request the payment of unjust enrichment equivalent to KRW 2,953,960 calculated by deducting KRW 2,00,000 from unpaid rent and management expenses, and from September 1, 2018 to the delivery date of the said real estate.
