1. The defendant shall pay 37,300,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from September 8, 2018 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act (the defendant is served with the original copy of the payment order, only he has submitted the formal objection, and he did not appear on the date of pleading, so the plaintiff's assertion is deemed to have been led to the confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act).
