On February 22, 1996, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for larceny at the Busan District Court. On December 24, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of five hundred thousand won for the same offense at the Gwangju District Court, a fine of five hundred thousand won for the same offense at the same court on September 19, 2014, and a fine of one million won for the same offense at the same court on February 2, 2016, respectively.

On April 4, 2016, the Defendant entered the E coffee shop operated by the victim D located in Biju City, around 09:27, and took advantage of the gap where the victim's surveillance was neglected, the Defendant stolen the victim's cash of KRW 900,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, in the market price of KRW 700,000,000,000,000,000.

In addition, from March 15, 2016 to the above day from March 15, 2016, the Defendant stolen money and valuables worthing KRW 7,363,980 in total four times, as shown in attached Table 1.

1. On August 22, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime, including around 13:00 on August 22, 2015, stolen property of approximately KRW 9,100,000 in total three times in total, from that time until December 24, 2015, including, among others, 50,00 won in cash, which is filled in a crepan vehicle using a crepan vehicle in which he/she neglected to manage this diving, and 4,50,000 won in L2 G2 mobile phone, one grandchild consisting of 1,000 won in the market price, from that time, from that time to December 24, 2015.
