A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000, and by a fine of KRW 500,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Defendant

A is the head of the partnership of the Dong-gu Daejeon Complex Development Promotion Committee, Defendant B is the members of the partnership, and Party E is the joint representative of the residents' countermeasure committee who oppose redevelopment.

1. At around 18:50 on March 31, 2015, Defendant A returned to each apartment unit, including that, at the entrance of the above apartment 121 unit, Defendant A removed “broadcasting viewing notice” attached on the apartment bulletin board after obtaining permission from the management office of the victim E, from viewing that apartment residents do not view “broadcasting viewing notice”. Around 18:50, Defendant A removed approximately 20 copies of the above notice posted on the bulletin board, thereby impairing its utility.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the property owned by the unclaimed victim in the city.

2. Defendant B

A. On February 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the entrance of the above apartment (11:00 on February 6, 2015, the Defendant: (b) removed the “broadcasting and Viewing Notice” attached on the apartment bulletin board after obtaining permission from the management office; (c) removed the “broadcasting and Viewing Notice” from the victim E so that the apartment residents may not see it; and (d) damaged the property owned by

B. At around 18:50 on March 31, 2015, the Defendant used violence against the victim E (the 62-year-old) in a way that the Defendant, before the separate removal stand in front of the said apartment complex 120-year-old separate removal stand in front of the victim E (the 62-year-old age-old), was committing assault against the victim with a fluorous mountain and shoulder.
