The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
1. The main point of the grounds for appeal was as follows: (a) the victim was informed of the fact that the victim was not injured.
2. Comprehensively taking account of the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court below, the defendant can recognize the fact that the part of the victim's right hand hand is injured by rain at the time and place indicated in the decision of the court below.
3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
