1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
The Plaintiff asserted that the acquisition by prescription was completed on June 6, 2014, and sought implementation of the registration procedure for the transfer of the above land to the Defendant, the owner of the above land, by asserting that the acquisition by prescription was completed on or around June 6, 2014.
However, it is not sufficient to recognize that the Plaintiff occupied the land of this case only with the statement of Gap evidence No. 2, and there is no evidence to acknowledge it differently.
Therefore, it is difficult to accept the plaintiff's claim without examining the remaining points, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
