The Defendant conspired with M and N, from January 10, 201 to January 11:30, 2013, set up 30 game “NEW separate game machine”, which was rated by the Game Rating Board, in collusion with M and N, and then did not receive a rating from the Game Rating Board, set up 30 game software machine in the said game site, and find out a place of “cirine” program by installing the said program in the instant separate game machine.
