The Plaintiff seeking payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 5% per annum under the Civil Act from the day after the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case until the day when this judgment is rendered, Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings and the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the former Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015); however, the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings is promulgated on September 25, 2015, and the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) becomes effective from October 1, 2015 to the day after the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case from June 23, 2016 to August 11, 2016.
