An application for compensation order against the accused of the applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

1. At around 03:20 on December 29, 2013, the Defendant, along with C, expressed with C that the Defendant was able to look back from the site without taking any measures after the collision of the H SPP vehicle parked in the front of the gallon-gu Seoul Central University’s Living Place, and then filed a false report on his/her traffic accident and claim insurance proceeds.

Accordingly, C made a report to the effect that the above-mentioned vehicle from the 112 phone calls using its own mobile phone even though it did not have caused a traffic accident due to the shock of the Defendant and C, and the Defendant and C filed a written statement to the Gyeongbu Police Station I district of Daegu Jung-gu Police Station on the same day to the effect that “A person who frighted to run a motor vehicle and parked the motor vehicle with the same kind of relationship with the vehicle in the 112 vehicle,” and the Defendant and C submitted it to the J, respectively, without knowledge of the fact.

Accordingly, the Defendant reported false facts in collusion with C for the purpose of having the above F imposed criminal punishment.

2. Defendant A’s sole criminal conduct, around January 2, 2014, was an employee of the victim Hyundai Marine Fire Insurance Co., Ltd.’s Hyundai Maritime Affairs and Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. in Daegu-si, North Korea-si, on the part of Defendant A, even though there was no traffic accident or injury, such as the foregoing paragraph (1), and around December 29, 2013, Defendant A suffered an injury by the f-hurged vehicle of the F-hurg, which is covered by the victim company’s comprehensive motor vehicle insurance around 03:20, 2013.

As above, the defendant deceivings the victim company and thereby, intends to receive the amount of insurance money from the victim company and obtain it by fraud.
