The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On March 13, 2019, the Defendant, at around 15:20 on March 13, 2019, assaulted the first-aid box of plastic material at the victim’s face while having been in dispute with the victim D (51 tax) who is working partner due to the distribution of work at the second floor production conference room within 2 workplace in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.
2. Determination
(a) Applicable legal provisions: Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.
C. On October 30, 2020, after the prosecution of this case, a statement of withdrawal of complaint expressing the intent to withdraw the defendant's previous wish to punish the defendant was submitted.
(d) Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
