Purport of claim and appeal

The first instance court.

A. A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “A”) for a construction contract and a real estate sales contract

1. To substitute 7.3 billion won out of the purchase price as the price for the new church construction work;

3. 50 million won exceeding A due to the assumption of an obligation under the above 2 shall be three months after the completion of the church construction.
