Purport of claim and appeal

A. The Plaintiff underwent a final inspection on the completion of an urban planning facility project on March 201, and thereafter operates a marina club (hereinafter “instant golf club”) located in 529 Won-ri, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “Seoul Special Metropolitan City”).

B. The Plaintiff planned to extend the instant golf course into 1,825,080 square meters by additionally constructing 820,448.7 square meters on the same side of the 18-year membership golf course and the Seo-west part of the 18-year membership golf course with the 1,804,631.3 square meters.

Within the determination (Change) of an urban management plan (a sports facility): The location of the business for extension of a marina club: 1,825,080 square meters in the Dong-dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu: 1,004,631.3 square meters in the amount of 820,448.7 square meters in the area of a golf course: The details of the business shall be 18 square meters in the membership system of golf course members, 18 square meters in the public, 18 square meters in the area of use (a change), 75,449 square meters in the area of 741,64 square meters in the area of planned management: The change of 75,449 square meters in the area of planned management to the area of planned management: The change of land (private cause) into the area of planned management: six parcels 1,004,631.3 square meters in the area of planned planning to be newly incorporated into the area of planned management: 820,428 square meters in the area of land (excluding the area of land).31364.4.64.7
