Punishment of the crime
On July 14, 2013, at around 23:34, the Defendant driven B rocketing car at a section of about 500 meters from the front day of the Scarits Center in the military air transport 0.094% of blood alcohol concentration, to the front day of the Scarits Center in the military air transport dong in the military mountain city.
