1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 253,434,678 and KRW 219,751,219 among the Defendants, from December 24, 2015 to January 2016.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(2) Grounds for recognition: Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) (a)(b)(a) of the Civil Procedure Act shall not apply to the part against Defendant C, the decision of recommending a compromise.
