1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 300,000,00 and Defendant B and D with respect thereto from May 27, 2015, and Defendant C with respect thereto.

Reasons

1. Around November 2006, the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 300,000,00 to Defendant B, and Defendant C jointly and severally guaranteed each of the above loans owed by Defendant B on November 23, 2010, and Defendant D on December 14, 2010.
