Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

On November 10, 2017, around 11:05, the Defendant driven B vehicles at a section of about 100 meters in front of the Cheongju-dong Cultural Institute located in the Cheongju-dong, which is located in the Cheongju-dong, without a driver’s license, in front of the Cheongju-dong Cultural Institute.
