Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On March 31, 2013, at around 09:48, the Defendant driven a new-frequency truck truck truck vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.095% at a section of about 15km from the Do in front of the resources of the Goamdong in 09:48 to the Hanju-si Central Highway in terms of approximately 15 kilometers.
