A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
No one shall provide game water of a content different from those classified by the Game Water Management Committee for the distribution or use, or display or store for such purposes.
On July 2014, the Defendant: (a) installed nine computers in the “DP” operated by the business with C in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul and the first floor; (b) provided games such as “new games,” “new game singame,” “new game singer,” and “new game singer,” and “new game scoo” through a new game site (www.Singame.com); (c) was classified as a free game rating, but the Defendant and C’s employees under the direction of the Defendant and C received KRW 20,000 won from the F of the above weather scood on April 20, 2015, and provided F with a coodon to F to fill KRW 200,000,000,000,000 from around 14, 2014 to 200,0000,000 won.
As a result, in collusion with partners C and employees E, the Defendant provided game water of different contents from the game water classified by the game water management committee.
