1. Defendant A and Defendant B’s co-principal G installed one string, 8, 5, 1, 1, 1, and 1, from August 1, 201 to November 23:5, 201, at the “Ima area” located in the third floor of the H building in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Incheon, at the “Ima area,” and operated a sexual traffic business establishment.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with G to arrange commercial sex acts in addition to arranging commercial sex acts by the same way, around November 29, 201, the Defendants arranged L and K to engage in commercial sex acts with male customers whose names are not known, such as the list of crimes in the attached Form.

The Defendant C shall not, upon being aware of the fact that he was provided with sexual traffic, provide funds, land, or buildings, and the Defendant was aware of the fact that the said “Ima” on the third floor of the building located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, which is owned by the Defendant, was controlled as a sexual traffic business establishment and was well aware that the said building was used as a sexual traffic business establishment.

Nevertheless, the Defendant around November 1, 201, deposited 40 million won and monthly rent for M and the third floor of the above building, a son of the above G, and the third floor of the above building.
