1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 36,839,468 and KRW 21,375,242 among them, from October 23, 2013 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim and each of the amended grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff,” and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant,” and Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
