However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Around 08:20 on January 9, 2014, the Defendant driven the Eone Star Motor Vehicle in a section of about 10km without a vehicle driver’s license, without a vehicle driving license, from the 10km section to the access road of the Western C, which is located in the same erogate 91 (house valley) from the front side of the D shop located in the Gyeongbuk-si in the Gyeongbuk-si in the same city of the city at the same time.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving of the Eone Star Car.

The Defendant, without a driver’s license for a motor vehicle at the time as stated in paragraph (1), driven the said Lone Star vehicle and proceeded to turn from the right side of the Defendant’s driving vehicle to the underground road of the Western intersection, which is located on the 91-lane, in the direction of the city of Gyeonggi-do, by driving the said Lone Star vehicle without a driver’s license for a motor vehicle at the time as indicated in paragraph (1), while neglecting the duty of the front side and the right side side side and the right side side side side and the Defendant’s failure to discover the bicycles driving from the stud elementary school to the Western intersection, and proceeded to the above bicycles, and the Defendant’s bicycle conflicts with the above bicycles as the back side of the right side of the Defendant’s driving vehicle.

On January 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) requested the Ha to the effect that “the president has caused a traffic accident by unauthorized License; (b) the president has caused a traffic accident; and (c) caused I to make a false statement as if he had caused a traffic accident, on the 13th day of the same month, at the traffic investigation department of the Busan Police Station, after receiving an investigation into the traffic accident from the police investigation department of the Busan Police Station; and (d) after receiving an investigation into the traffic accident, the Defendant made a false statement as if he had caused a traffic accident as described in paragraph (2).

Accordingly, the defendant instigated the I to escape a person who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.
