On March 25, 2013, the Defendant purchased an automobile listed in the separate sheet owned by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant automobile”) from the Plaintiff in the name of C at KRW 1.3 million, and issued the documents necessary for the automobile transfer registration, but did not complete the transfer registration procedure for the instant automobile until now.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to take over the transfer registration procedure for the instant automobile from the Plaintiff.
