1. The defendant shall pay 3,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 36% per annum from September 21, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

The Defendant indicating the claim is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the interest rate of 2.5% per annum from the Plaintiff on August 20, 2014; 3% per month from the overdue interest rate; and 33,00,000 won from the due date on August 20, 2015; and the due date on August 20, 2015; however, the Defendant did not pay the above principal and interest on the loan up to now. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the damages for delay calculated by an agreement of 36% per annum from September 21, 2015 to the date of full payment.
