A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 1,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 500,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Nevertheless, on April 15, 2017, the Defendants expressed the argument of the D Party that the peace of the Korean Peninsula is threatened by the installation of a high-level defense system (THAD; hereinafter “HAD”) on the part of the members of the 19th presidential election in the Republic of Korea. In order to express their opposing opinions to G, H, and I, the 42cc wide, 60cc wide and 60cc long on the printing paper of the 19th presidential election, in order to indicate their opposing opinions to H, H, and I, the Defendants posted the letter of “Past and SD Party”, “Private Party,” and “Private Party,” and the printed poster of J, K, H, L’s editing, subsequent G, H, I’s photograph, and H’s photograph (hereinafter “the poster of this case”).

The Defendants prepared the instant poster in advance, from April 15, 2017 to around 17:00 to April 15, 2017, and instructed members to post the poster at Jongno-gu, Seoul. Defendant A as a field manager, and Defendant B attached Chapter 132 of the instant poster to E floor and N Walls with other party members.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to hold a campaign, which contains three opposing parties to the above candidate during the election day from the time when the reason for holding a special election becomes final and conclusive.
