A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant, who violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Entry of Multitude Space for Sexual Purpose) entered a five-story female toilet of high school located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, in a 19:00 on July 7, 2017, taken his/her sexual flag and self-deficial image with his/her cell phone camera.
Accordingly, the Defendant invadedd the above female toilets to satisfy his sexual desire.
2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (obscenity using communications media);
A. At around 14:00 on February 2, 2019, the Defendant sent 18 and 3 video images to the victim C (n, 19 years of age) with D Mesens.
B. On March 17, 2019, around 19:30, the Defendant sent 7 copies of his sexual flag pictures and 2 video images to the victim E (the 16-year age), with D Messens, around 19:30.
C. On March 17, 2019, the Defendant sent 4 copies of his sexual photograph to the Victim F (the name, the age of 16) (the age of 19:40).
On July 21:37, 2018, the Defendant sent two copies of his sexual flag pictures and one video image to the victim G (the 18th, the 18th, the 18th, and the 4th). On October 17, 2018, the Defendant sent one of his own video images to the victim around 20:18.
E. On February 2, 2019, around 08:21, 2019, the Defendant sent one copy of his/her sexual photograph to the victim H (the 19 years of age), and sent two copies of his/her sexual photograph to the victim as D. On March 17, 2019.
F. On February 2, 2019, at around 08:27, the Defendant sent one copy of his sexual photograph to the victim I (the 19 years of age) (the name, the name, and the age of 19).
G. On March 17, 2019, the Defendant sent 4 copies of his sexual picture to the victim J (the age of 19) on the 19:00 on March 17, 2019.
H. On March 17, 2019, the Defendant sent the victim K (V, 17 years of age) his/her sexual photograph to the Defendant several times, at around 19:30, 2019.
I. On July 2, 2018, the Defendant took his sexual photograph against the Victim’s Personal Incompetence L (Incom, 10 second half presumption) around 15:31.
