A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Documents, such as one color, which has been seized, shall be confiscated as soon as possible.
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On December 22, 2010, the Defendant sentenced one year and six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Western District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on April 12, 2012.

1. On March 4, 2014, the Defendant: (a) destroyed and damaged the rectification devices by inserting the date type dricker into the entrance key hole corrected at the victim I’s house located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H by inserting it into the victim I; and (b) invaded into the victim’s house; and (c) invaded into the victim’s house.
