1. Compulsory execution based on the payment order of the Defendant’s claim for loans 2014 tea3 against the Plaintiff is conducted.

Reasons

As the cause of the instant claim, the Plaintiff filed an application with the Defendant for the payment order to pay the loans, interest, etc. to the Defendant as the case entered in the order of this court, and this court issued and finalized the payment order, and compulsory execution commenced on November 19, 2015, and the Defendant asserted that the Defendant repaid the full amount of the obligations under the above payment order on November 19, 2015. As such, since the Defendant’s claim against the Plaintiff under the instant payment order was extinguished, the Plaintiff’s claim against the Plaintiff seeking the exclusion of enforcement force was accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and the costs of lawsuit are assessed as per Disposition.
