However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant imported marijuana in contact with a person who resides in the U.S. and who resides in the U.S. through Internet search (a name “B”; “B”; “B” and “SC” and imported marijuana over three occasions as follows.

B. Accordingly, the Defendant imported marijuana into the Republic of Korea in the United States.

C. Around February 9, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime at around February 2, 2019, USD 70,000, US$ 870,000.
