A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Punishment of the crime

At around 17:50 on May 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a steering room in front of the official of the GGGH located in F, the victim H was parked, and entered the said vehicle, and cut off KRW 24,690,00 for the instant vehicle, which was located in the head of the vehicle’s steering room, and stolen KRW 24,690,00 for the instant vehicle.
Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the property owned by each victim.
