1. The Defendant’s KRW 67,099,569 and KRW 38,237,605 among the Plaintiff and KRW 15% per annum from March 18, 2020 to May 23, 2020.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) The judgment of confession of applicable provisions of law (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act and the defendant is not present on the date of pleading without submitting a specific written response, and thus all of the plaintiff's arguments are confessions in accordance with Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
