1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 470,00,000, and KRW 220,000 among them, from August 3, 2004, KRW 250,00,000.

Reasons

1. A claim for a loan of KRW 20,000,000 on August 3, 2004, and KRW 250,000,00 on November 15, 2004 for each interest rate of KRW 1.5% on a loan to the Defendant (a claim for the extension of the statute of limitations for a payment order decision finalized in Seoul Central District Court 2010 tea 23709).
