Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

On April 16, 2010, the Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information who was sentenced to six years of imprisonment with labor for violating the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes.

If a person subject to the registration of personal information is changed, he/she shall report it to the competent police authority within 20 days from the date on which the cause occurs.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not report to the competent police authority within 20 days after the phone number was changed by opening a new cell phone on December 11, 2016.
