1. On July 26, 2014, the Defendant injured by robbery discovered the victim E (E and 36 years of age) under the influence of alcohol in the vicinity of the Sungnam City D, and discovered the victim E (E and 36 years of age) under the influence of alcohol from the rear side of the victim and prevented the victim from resisting against the victim’s face and face due to the Defendant’s drinking surgery. 2. Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around 05:17 the same day as the preceding paragraph, the Defendant provided the victim H with the “Iamb” operated by Seongdong-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, with the services; (b) presented the NAC card as if he had been given a license to use it; and (c) had the victim pay 94,000 won, and then had the victim pay 20,000 won with the cam card; and (d) obtained the cam card from the victim H by using the 114,000 won in total from the victim H on two occasions.

3. On the same day of the preceding paragraph 06:25, the Defendant attempted to make payment of KRW 75,000 for the following reasons: (a) the Defendant, who received orders for the addition of beer in the “Iamb,” and presented the ECC Card, as if he had been given a right to use, as stated in paragraph 1; (b) the Defendant attempted to pay the amount of KRW 75,000.
