Reasons
1. Indication of claim: On December 7, 2015, the Plaintiff: (a) leased a lease deposit with the Defendant for the fixed period of KRW 300 million; (b) from January 9, 2016 to January 8, 2018; and (c) claimed the return of the lease deposit on the ground that the said lease contract has expired; (b) on the grounds that the said lease contract has expired; (c) on the grounds that the said lease contract has expired: by service by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
