A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
Around January 2018, the Defendant received a proposal from two infinites in Gangdong-gu Seoul, that “after establishing a juristic person, in the form of a juristic person, opened an account under the name of the juristic person, and used the account in the name of the juristic person for three months, and agreed to grant a loan.” Accordingly, the Defendant offered the passbook and the OTP card connected to the account to transfer it to the name defecter.

Accordingly, the defendant promises to receive intangible expectation interest that can receive future loans.
