1. As to the Plaintiff’s KRW 60 million and its KRW 30 million, the Defendant shall start from October 18, 2012 to April 10, 2018.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on October 17, 2009, lent to the Defendant the amount of KRW 30 million as of December 27, 2010, with the due date set as of December 27, 2010. Since interest rate of KRW 8.88% per annum on December 9, 2009 and due date set as of December 9, 2010, the Plaintiff is obligated to seek payment of the Plaintiff’s total amount of the loan amounting to KRW 60 million and its interest or delay damages from the Defendant as of October 18, 2012, which is the date following the last payment date. The judgment by publication was made by publication: Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
