The Defendant, in the name of “C” in the Cheongju-si Office B, and the victim D, in the above place, has run plastic withdrawal business using separate-owned machinery respectively.

1. Larceny;

A. On September 19, 2018, around 19:00, the Defendant used the gaps in which surveillance was neglected due to the leaving of the victim at the above place, and subsequently stolen ABS figure 500 km (GP2300), which is the market value of the victim’s possession, from around 1.5 million won, at the victim’s market value. After approximately a week, the Defendant committed the theft by the same method at the above place, each of which was 460,000 ABSGP3520 km equivalent to the market value of the victim’s ownership.

B. From January 5, 2019 to October 10 of the same month, the Defendant used the gaps in which surveillance was neglected due to the victim’s failure to operate the factory at the above location, and used the gap in which the victim was carrying 3,00,000 won in aggregate, including 3,00 tons, 1,00 plastic mixtures 2,3,00 plastic crushing machine, 5,00,000 won, and 23,000 tons of goods, such as 23,000,000 won, and 2,000 tons of goods for storage of tools, etc.

2. Around 17:40 on April 15, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driven a HW-wing truck without obtaining a driver’s license in approximately 10km section from the adjacent road to the original wing park located in the same Si/Gu, Yongsandong, which is located in Cheongju-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the front road in the same Si/Gu.
