1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 125,469,579 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from May 14, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. From February 28, 2013 to August 31, 2013, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant a total of KRW 190,868,656, etc., and received reimbursement of KRW 65,39,07 from the Defendant.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of KRW 125,469,579 (i.e., KRW 190,858,656 - KRW 65,399,07) and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint, which is after the due date, to the day of full payment.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
