1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from July 10, 2019 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. It shall be as specified in the attached Form for application for indication;
(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Service by Public Notice) applies mutatis mutandis to the case of Article 208(3)3 of the same Act
