On October 18, 2014, around 20:35, the Defendant: (a) at the main point of “C” located on the second floor of Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul building B; (b) instead of paying liquor costs, the Defendant obstructed the Defendant’s legitimate performance of duties by a police officer in relation to the handling of reports and arrest of flagrant offenders by assaulting the police officer, who was dispatched to the site upon receipt of a report, by assaulting the police officer affiliated with the Seoul Jongno-gu Police Station Dental Police Station, who was dispatched to the site.
