On March 31, 2018, the Defendant, without the driver’s license of a motor vehicle, driven a 1 km G-low-scale passenger vehicle in the Han-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju without a driver’s license, driving the said motor vehicle into the front of Heung-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, by driving a 1km G-low-scale passenger vehicle. On the front of the U.S. post office in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, the Defendant continued the road to the front of the U.S. office in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, to the front side of the U.S. elementary school. In addition, the Defendant neglected his duty of care to safely drive the said motor vehicle by driving the road from the left side of the said motor vehicle to the right side of the said motor vehicle due to negligence, and sustained the victim with the front wheels of the said motor vehicle, resulting in the injury of the Haak and the kin debt of the said 2 weeks.
