The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the record, the court below is just in finding the Defendant’s violation of the Act on the Promotion of Game Industry through Exchange or Re-Purchase of the facts charged in the instant case, and the Defendant’s violation of the Act on the Promotion of Game Industry through Exchange or Re-Purchase of the Game Industry with respect to the Defendant B, and found the Defendant not guilty of the charges. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by misapprehending the legal principles on the meaning of “business” under Article 32(

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
