Although the Defendant is a person who serves as a social work personnel member of the C Care Center located in the area B of the wife population in Young-si, the Defendant was absent from work without permission from November 20, 2014 to December 8, 2014, and did not serve as the above medical care center for 13 days.

Accordingly, the defendant, as a social work personnel, has deserted his service for 14 days in total without justifiable reasons.
