Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below was just in finding the changed facts charged (excluding the part not guilty in the grounds of appeal) for the reasons stated in its reasoning, and there were no errors by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of the logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the duty relationship in the principle of non-definite objection or the crime

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
