A party status B (CB; hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) is a person working as a professor at D University Business College from 1995 to 2014. The Plaintiff is the deceased’s spouse.

The defendant is a corporation established to perform affairs concerning the pension of private school teachers and staff such as collecting charges, determining and paying various benefits, managing assets, and implementing projects for promoting school teachers and staff in accordance with the Pension for Private School Teachers and Staff Act.

From 2013 to January 29, 2014, while the deceased’s business trip and deceased was working as the head of the General Center for the Promotion of Projects at D University International Camp Center and as the head of the Global Education Center, the deceased recruited three-year students of E operated by D University from January 24, 2014 to January 29, 2014.

(hereinafter referred to as the “instant business trip”). The course was designed to provide D University with various management knowledge, such as service management, marketing, and global corporate strategies, against business entities who work in China in 2013. A majority of the existing students were members of the North Korean Trade Association of the World Trade Association, the Cheongcheon-do branch, and the Gyeongcheon-do branch.

On January 26, 2014, the day immediately before the death day, the deceased arrived at a F hotel located in the Chinese Peninsula, and requested that he/she assist in recruiting three-year students in exchange for E-1 and two completed students from the next day. From around 18:30, the companies of the World Trade Association Association of Korea were present at a meeting, and the company of the World Trade Association of Korea was able to return to the accommodation on the following day.

On January 27, 2014, the Deceased sent a Kakao Stockholm message to Cho on the day of death, “I would like to make it difficult to see his body. I will work in P.M..). I refused this message on the ground that, at around 08:00, he was urged by H during the business trip to conduct an ad hoc and that his body was difficult to escape.

After that day, the deceased has cancelled the visit schedule, etc. to the National Institute of Science and Technology originally scheduled to H at around 09:30.
