1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 94,00,000 won with 15% interest per annum from November 27, 2015 to the day of full payment.

According to the evidence Gap evidence No. 2, the defendant is acknowledged to have agreed to pay 100 million won to the plaintiff on January 22, 2015, and the defendant shall pay the balance equivalent to the claim amount deducted from the plaintiff's partial payment, except in extenuating circumstances.

The Defendant separately provided a security, and the Plaintiff has an executive title against the principal obligor other than the Defendant, and thus, the Defendant’s claim against the Defendant is unreasonable. However, this assertion is insufficient for a justifiable ground to reject the Plaintiff’s claim.
3. The request shall be reasonable.
