1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 45,00,000 and each year from March 15, 2019 to April 5, 2019.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. As the provisions pertaining to statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit were promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint of this case until May 31, 2019, and 12% per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment, shall be dismissed.
